Kyrgyzstan is a landlocked country in Central Asia, known for its mountainous landscape dominated by the Tian Shan range. It borders Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and China. The country has a parliamentary-presidential system, with Bishkek as its capital and largest city. Kyrgyzstan has a rich nomadic heritage and cultural diversity, and it plays an important role in regional cooperation in Central Asia.
Central Asia is a region located between Europe and East Asia, known for its strategic location, shared historical ties, and role in regional connectivity, trade, and cooperation.
Caşıl Ay Koomu Association is a non-profit organization based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, with its official address at Radishev Street No. 12, Bishkek. A Goodwill Agreement was signed in Bishkek in 2017, and the association completed its official establishment in 2018. Caşıl Ay Koomu has been a member of IFGC since 2018 and was elected to the IFGC High Advisory Board in 2025.The President of the association is Mr. Nurlanbek Daminov. The organization focuses on prevention, awareness, and community-based activities addressing addiction related to drugs, alcohol, and similar forms of addiction, contributing to public health and social well-being in Kyrgyzstan.
